Red wine, Sunday school, and Murdo rhymes with...

Last night, George brought home some wine and Doritos because he picked up a new client. He's listening to a new set of CDs that says you should celebrate every sale. Personally, I think this is a great idea if it keeps us in red wine. :) (The Doritos were for F so she "wouldn't feel left out". Funny how these are also George's favorite chips.)

So, we sat on the couch last night, drank wine (water for F) and ate Doritos while watching Star Wars. Can you feel the excitement? :)

Today, F attended her very first Sunday School class! When they called the JK to Grade 1 kids downstairs, George and I looked at each and though, "Oh yeah...she can go this year." So F and I went downstairs to sing the standard "Jesus loves me", learn the kids' names, and play "Bible Eights" (which is crazy eights but with bible characters on the cards). A fun first experience for F, and much more interesting for her than sitting through the sermon.

After church, we all went to Stratford to feed the ducks and swans, and pick up a few files for George. On the way back, F decided she wanted more Doritos when we got home. Then, she said, "Murdo, Doritos. Hey Murdo rhymes with Doritos!" When we asked her if we should tell Grampa, she said no, but we could tell Gramma "in a year." Kids say the strangest things.
